The accounting

24 medals
or 25?

Both figures circulate — and neither side publishes a list that fully adds up. This page exists to keep the receipts in one place.

The Indian Pickleball Association's official post-event release (Nov 7, 2025, syndicated nationally via ANI) claims 25 medals — 8 gold, 8 silver, 9 bronze — but itemises only 19 medallists: six golds, six silvers and seven bronzes. Two golds, two silvers and two bronzes are claimed but never named.

Independent results round-ups count 24 — 8 gold, 7 silver, 9 bronze. The entire gap is one silver medal that no public list has ever itemised. Until an entry-level results archive settles it, we report the official 25 as the headline figure and flag the discrepancy wherever the number matters.

The benchmark

Why this number
matters in Da Nang

Florida 2025 is the bar every Indian result in Da Nang gets measured against: seventh on debut, ahead of every other Asian nation, with medals from U14 juniors to the 50+ seniors. The 2026 squad — named in July after the Ahmedabad trials and the PWR-led senior selection — inherits that benchmark at the first World Cup staged in Asia.
